Job Description :
Lead/Direct a Team of Data Analysts
o Lead a team of data analyst consultants, assisting with requirements definition, guidance/strategy, reviewing/validating data, and providing final analysis.

o Compiling the results in a presentable (and digestible) format to communicate to leadership.

o Present the results, including the yield and other performance metrics, to leadership.

Campaign Reporting and Dashboard Development
o Develop and implement dashboards that bring in data from various sources and is consolidated into integrated report that shows campaign results.

o Understand the levers of profitability, focusing on metrics that align with profitability goals.

Campaign Analytics
o Design and implement campaign tracking and measurement for various multichannel campaigns.

o Develop standardize templates and identify process flows.

o Develop ad-hoc Analytics and Insights present the results, including the yield and other performance metrics, to leadership.

o Identify potential opportunities support the ongoing analytics needs of the business via KPI reporting, structured and ad-hoc reports and analysis, customer insights, etc.

Required Experience:

Experience leading or managing Marketing Data Analysis projects and teams (required
Experience developing code to extract data, analysis, and converting it to a digestible format (required
Experience converting data and developing PowerPoint decks and presenting to leadership (required
Digital campaign analysis and enhancement (required
Hands on experience with SQL (required
Experience working within the Financial Services/Banking industry (required
Experience R, Python, Tableau, Marketo (preferred
Experience with other Adobe Martech platforms (Audience Manager, Target) (preferred
