Title: Lead C++ Developer
Location: Colorado Spring, CO (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:

Should have Technical Lead experience in managing a team of 8 to 10 people in C, C++ skills.
2. Strong coding experience in C, C++ using various data structures such as arrays, linked lists, hash tables, trees, graphs, and matrices.
3. Strong hands-on experience/knowledge in pointer arithmetic s, memory allocation, and management.
4. Good understanding of Dijkstra's algorithm, A* algorithm, dynamic programming, and metaheuristics.
5. Good experience with object-oriented programming concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism.
6. Well-versed in Optimization Techniques such as linear programming, integer programming, and constraint programming.
7. Experience with Profiling tools such as perf or gprof in analyzing and improving the performance of C/C++ code.
8. Familiarity with libraries and frameworks that implement algorithms and data structures efficiently. (Boost, STL, and Eigen).
9. Recommended that the candidate has a good foundation in mathematics and statistics to understand and develop algorithms for the OD matrix problem.
Should be highly motivated with strong communication and technical leadership qualities for Tech lead.
