We have an opportunity for a Lead Systems Engineer to join one of our larger Financial Clients in the region. This person will be a Lead Unix Admin/Engineer supporting WebSphere. This person will help with day to day support as well as supporting the architecture. The Lead should have experience managing entire infrastructure. Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend Top Requirements: WebSphere on AIX need significant AIX experience Virtual IO servers need experience with managing patching Hardware Management Consoles (HMC) AS/400 IBM support Flexibility to be on call due to nature of work (including 4-5am maintenance activities) Prior definitive Lead experience Other Requirements: AIX general/tuning/debugging VIO general/tuning/debugging HMC general/tuning/debugging Networking general/tuning/debugging Virtualization general/tuning/debugging AS/400 general/tuning/debugging Software packaging: RPM's/BFF's Coding: KSH/PHP/HTML/PERL/*CL Firmware/microcode maintenance Linux/Solaris general Centrify/Kerberos general/debugging CL AS/400 Required Skills : AIX, Websphere, AS/400, VIO, HMC
