| 2 Software & Hardware Debug | - Ensuring the ZTF hardware and software work together and meet requirements defined in the Equipment Requirements Document.
- Resolving any software bugs identified during the debug process.

| 3 Software Validation | - Work in conjunction with Respironics Novametrix LLC PIE to develop a software validation plan and protocols and then execute the software validation to verify it meets requirements.
- Correct any issues identified during the software validation and repeat the software validation as required.

| 4 Software Documentation | - Provide Respironics will all source code and supporting files.
- Provide a software documentation that defines the source code elements, the build requirements, etc..
