SKills : "Ticketing systems" "SOPs" Job Title : Lab System Support Location: Pasadena, CA Job Type : Contract Requirements: Lab system administration and support via Ticketing system. Receive request for help, user access request form, etc. Collaborate with Lab analysts / end users to confirm problem/request. Work to resolve the issue or complete request, either in person or remotely as applicable referencing SOPs for procedural guidelines. If changes to the system are required, consult with equipment owner and Quality Assurance representative. Complete change / required documentation. Resolve request in the ticketing system.
