Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.

Perform rack and stack, cabling, and hardware upgrades within the data center environment.

Provide L3 level technical support for infrastructure incidents and escalations.

Troubleshoot complex hardware, connectivity, and performance issues.

Manage and monitor power, cooling, and environmental systems in the data center.

Support deployment of infrastructure for new projects and expansions.

Maintain accurate documentation of hardware assets, configurations, and procedures.

Coordinate with network, systems, and security teams for infrastructure changes and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with data center standards, safety policies, and operational procedures.

Participate in on-call rotation and support emergency troubleshooting when required.

5–8+ years of experience working in Data Center Operations or Infrastructure Support.

Strong knowledge of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco, etc.) and enterprise storage systems.

Experience with network cabling, fiber optics, patch panels, and switch connectivity.

Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.

Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools.

Understanding of data center power, cooling, and redundancy systems.

Ability to work in a 24/7 data center environment.
