Job Description:
Experience needed from 4 to 8 years (with different price-range based on experience).
Description :
It’s a very standard senior L2 support role (including but not limited to) :
(1) Solid SQL with all database stuff (tables, views, queries, joins, DB-functions, DB-stored procedures, triggers, relationships, etc.)
(2) Splunk log analysis with deep searching and researching exposure.
(3) POD log analysis for additional log statements from MicroServices deployment
(4) Deeper troubleshooting techniques and ideas and more thinking to identify the issue and root cause
(5) Ability to understand the logic from NodeJS and Java program for identifying the root cause of a production issue.
(6) Better documentation of these facts and communications
(7) Strong communication skills
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
(1) Understanding database schema (data model and tables)
(2) Experience in SQL (queries & joins)
(3) Searching in Splunk Logs
(4) Searching in POD Logs (from Kubernetes microservice deployment)
(5) Strong Trouble-Shooting Techniques
(6) Good Analysis-Report-Documentation skills
(7) Coordination with Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support teams
