Title : Kronos WorkForce Ready Consultant Location: SCHENECTADY, NY Long Term Contract / FTE Rate / Salary: Negotiable KEY EXPECTATIONS Implement the Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR) application including but not limited to below listed ones Domain expertise in HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance Strong Kronos Workforce Ready and Workforce Central Product Knowledge and configuration expertise with focus Pay Calculation profiles, Accrual Profiles, Timesheet Profiles, Access Profiles, scheduling and Device Management modules respectively. Experience configuring these profiles from scratch based on business requirements and expertise adapting existing system configuration to meet new requirements. Experience in creating customized reports and hands-on working experience in handling Middleware device. Strong Knowledge in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, data analysis and validation. Experience in working with Kronos delivered APIs for updating People and Timecard data. Experience in handling AutoSys(Job Scheduler), Service Now (ticketing tool) Document and develop business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts for workforce management software. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Time and Attendance or Payroll systems with at least two years of new Implementation experience. 5+ years' Experience in Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting Experience in interacting with business users globally, ability to collect requirements create business requirements documents and functional specification documents for system improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills: Kronos consultant, Kronos Workforce ready consultant, WFR, Workforce ready, Kronos, Kronos functional consultant, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Human resource If your skills match our requirements, Click here to Apply.
