Job Description :
Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Suite versions 7.0 through 8.X. Any experience with Workforce Dimensions will also be considered. Experience configuring and supporting Kronos Workforce Timekeeper (and/or ADP) version 7.0 and above for at least 7+ years. Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. Ability to support interfaces using Kronos WIM Ability to support & configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals Knowledge of one or more of the following while not essential will be considered a plus: Advanced Scheduler Forecaster Mobile Analytics Activities and other Workforce Central modules. Should have at least 10 years' experience working with Kronos application suite. This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for ability to provide support to a client Excellent client interaction and communication skills needed. Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expertise supporting the Kronos application. Work in a complex technology environment requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
