There will be some new development and features done in the portal as well. Ideally want someone with a little work in UI but doesn't need to be super flashy just a clean presentation. COMMUNICATION (clear English) is going to be huge 1. Clear Communication 2. Has done Migration Work: JS to 9 (angular) 3.
