Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT Solution Architecture including either:
5 years of Systems Integration and/or Business Analysis experience Or 7 years of experience with systems analysis, design, coding, and testing at all levels
Experience with the following:
Architecting digital and/or web solutions
Applying enterprise and data integration patterns using SOA, API & micro-services, event-driven and data-driven approaches
Designing APIs and working with related technologies (API Gateway, API Security, API Frameworks, NoSQL)
Delivering solutions using an Agile/Scrum methodology
Assets:
Experience with large-scale (multi-domain, multi-application) IT system integration and architecture solutions
Demonstrated experience adapting to new processes and models
Experience working with productivity tools (e.g. MS Office suite), architecture modeling tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Alfabet) and related modeling languages (e.g. ArchiMate 2.0, UML)
Experience leading JAD sessions with a variety of business and technology stakeholders
Experience with multiple development frameworks and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Agile, SAFe)
Experience in architecture patterns of integration, information delivery, portals and workflow
Experience designing or developing new healthcare products
Soft Skills:
Possess strong mental agility and critical thinking/analytical skills, and be adaptable to an ever changing environment
Strong presentation skills with ability to create both high level diagrams for executives, as well as solution documentation for analysts, QA and developers.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, is organized, has good time management skills, is focused and has strong attention to detail
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, is a team player, be proactive, a self-starter and is highly motivated
