Migrate applications

from Tibco EMS

and/or Kafka 5.X

platform to Kafka

7.1 platform

  • Provide support to The client's application teams to migrate application integrations from Tibco EMS platform and/or Kafka 5.X environments to Kafka 7.1 platform.
  • Provide configuration support to The client's application teams to be able to connect to Kafka 7.1 platform.
  • Work with The clients Kafka team and application teams to enable people, processes, and tools to accelerate the migration to Kafka.
  • Support application team with troubleshooting issues related to connectivity to Kafka platform (On prem and Cloud) and help in resolving issues.
  • Establish migration strategy and timelines in collaboration with The clients Kafka Team and Application teams.

Onboard new

applications on to

Kafka 7.1 Platform

  • Support application teams to onboard the application on to Kafka 7.1 platform.
  • Provide configuration support to The clients application teams to be able to connect to Kafka 7.1 platform.
  • Support application team with troubleshooting issues related to connectivity to Kafka platform (On-prem and Cloud) and help in resolving issues.

Kafka 7.1 Platform

support

  • Support with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kafka 7.1 platform and act as an escalation point for any platform (On-prem and cloud) incidents.

Work Demand

Management

  • Support effort estimation
  • Joint work prioritization with THE CLIENTS and Accenture Onsight Service Delivery Lead to manage the work demand of the team members
  • Manage team member capacity and utilization
  • Create and present monthly reporting of resource utilization by work categories

Knowledge

Management

Create, update, and provide support knowledge articles as needed for recurring issues related to Application onboarding and migration
