Migrate applications from Tibco EMS and/or Kafka 5.X platform to Kafka 7.1 platform | - Provide support to The client's application teams to migrate application integrations from Tibco EMS platform and/or Kafka 5.X environments to Kafka 7.1 platform.
- Provide configuration support to The client's application teams to be able to connect to Kafka 7.1 platform.
- Work with The clients Kafka team and application teams to enable people, processes, and tools to accelerate the migration to Kafka.
- Support application team with troubleshooting issues related to connectivity to Kafka platform (On prem and Cloud) and help in resolving issues.
- Establish migration strategy and timelines in collaboration with The clients Kafka Team and Application teams.

Onboard new applications on to Kafka 7.1 Platform | - Support application teams to onboard the application on to Kafka 7.1 platform.
- Provide configuration support to The clients application teams to be able to connect to Kafka 7.1 platform.
- Support application team with troubleshooting issues related to connectivity to Kafka platform (On-prem and Cloud) and help in resolving issues.

Kafka 7.1 Platform support | - Support with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kafka 7.1 platform and act as an escalation point for any platform (On-prem and cloud) incidents.

Work Demand Management | - Support effort estimation
- Joint work prioritization with THE CLIENTS and Accenture Onsight Service Delivery Lead to manage the work demand of the team members
- Manage team member capacity and utilization
- Create and present monthly reporting of resource utilization by work categories
