JOB DESCRIPITION:

  • As a Junior Python Developer, you will be responsible for working along with team for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.
  • Support and work for solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
  • Serve as subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • Be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Work along with the development of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Engage with team to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Python Development
  • A minimum of 2 years of Experience with Oracle SQL Development
  • A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Banking/Finance Domains

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Knowledge on frameworks like Django or Flask
  • Working experience on version control tools like GIT
  • Bachelor's Degree
