Role:
Responsibilities Navigate multiple SharePoint sites, tools and the web to locate and abstract data needed to populate the License Balance Sheet.
Attributes which need to be captured include Manufacturer, Purchase Order Number, Vendor, SKU, Product Group, Product Name, License Metric, Master Service Agreement name and location, End User License Agreement Location, Contract End date, POE Location, QTY, QYT Deployed, Use Cases, Position, and Owner.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete records.
Conduct phone interviews with manufactures to clarify product information as necessary
Review and audit data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Skills:
This is an entry level position for a candidate that has some IT Asset Management experience and is interested in increasing their knowledge of software as they support our global initiative to record the North American software license portfolio.
The portfolio has approximately 3,000 records you will use your forensic skills to discover artifacts and asset management experience to interpret information needed to complete a License Balance Sheet.
