Jr. Project Manager
Location: 100% remote.
Hours: Standard 8am-5pm.
Duration: 9 months possible extension and/or conversion but not guaranteed.

Must be W2, must be able to work remotely. Must Haves: 2-5 years strong program/project management experience, ability to drive milestones and timelines, strong PowerPoint skills and experience, strong and effective communication skills.

The SalesWorks, BI & Workflow Transformation team under PAG is hiring a Project Manager Lead to support and contribute to the ongoing transformational activities for our Commercial, Enterprise and BU Sales organizations.

The team''s goal is to simplify reporting, business intelligence, and workflow for our 30,000 sellers, and 2,200+ global business operations team members. This role will be project managing the overall development, deployment, and communications of the SalesWorks platform.

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with leaders, help manage and update briefs from the teams from across the organization, create deliverables lists for projects as well as help manage individual work loads of those on the team
Engage and influence global cross-functional teams
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key meetings such as briefings, creative reviews, etc.
Lead all aspects of project documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication
Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques in order to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule

Essential Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in project management with the ability to lead risks and project decisions
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and develop partnerships outside of the organization
Ability to identify improvements to existing workflows and results
Ability to function and manage in a matrixed environment
Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills
Experienced in problem-solving
Experience building slides for executive consumption
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint
