Skills & Job Responsibilities
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in identity and access management, privileged account management, security, or technical customer service.
• Working knowledge of Access management, onboarding, and offboarding users.
• Active Directory experience is preferred, including but not limited to password resets, provisioning group memberships, etc.
• Independently handle application access management.
• Access management experience in the Banking, Mortgage, or Finance industry is preferred.
• Experience in RSA IGL, SailPoint is preferred.
• Advanced experience in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of optimal access governance processes and practices
• Ability to communicate with the business to identify requirements or issues and plan for the best resolution.
• Knowledge of Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.
Skills:
IAM, Identity management, Identity access management, Active Directory, scripting, scripting PowerShell
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Banking/FS experience is a plus
- Automation scripting would be a plus
