Title: Technical Delivery Manager [BizID#6283] Location: Seattle-WA Experience: 6+ years Job Description: Work as part of a technology development leadership and management team, to ensure that the technical solutions are effectively delivered, aligned to the Corporate Strategy and agenda, and deliver value to our customers. Solutions should be technically viable, robust, and aligned to architectural principles and standards with the customers. The Technical Delivery Manager reports into the Global Delivery VP/Director and is responsible for: Managing multiple cross-function delivery teams, with focus on technical excellence and high-performance culture. Manage development and delivery of technology solutions. Support and deliver IT and Technology Development Strategy. Ensure that technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with architectural principles, standards and roadmaps. Consider TCO and financial impact of technology solutions, with a view to delivering value to our customers. Develop coding and development standards, ensuring solutions are suitably assured and of quality. Understand user requirements. Provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development. Develop and maintain effective ways of working throughout the department and organization. Lead transition of solutions to outsource partner and into live service, where applicable. Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning. Lead and manage technical delivery resources. Ability to manage and work with offshore teams around business and technical requirements (design and implementation) Encourage project team members to improve their own performance; engage and motivate teams to go beyond their role expectations, to assist their teams, and to exceed goals. Demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities Demonstrated client relationship and partnering skills with internal and external clients Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (including executive level stakeholders) Preferred Experience in integration work and managing multiple product implementations Experience with delivery and management of Cloud Integration Products and Services Experience in Software Integration industry Client implementation experience in a technology products and services environment (i.e. SaaS, BPO, turnkey solution, etc Experience with Data Management solutions
