Job title: QA Lead Location:Atlanta ,Georgia Duration-6+months JOB DESCRIPTION Expert in Manual Testing (system, Integration, Regression and smoke), API Testing, Browser Compatibility Testing Strong in Database concepts and perform backend testing, write complex queries required for validation Experience in planning end-to-end test strategy for projects, expert in work management for self and team. Exposure to web servers, application servers and deployment process Leading testing efforts for large scale, multi-workstream Programs. working in the data management projects/teams within the healthcare industry Working knowledge in a automation testing is added value; (development of automated testing scripts or definition of requirements isok) Excellent communication and project management skills is a must Ability to juggle multiple priorities concurrently; comfortable working in a fast paced, sometime ambiguous environment Responsibilities - 1. Definition of end-to-end test strategy and approach 2. Provides coordination across workstream-level QA/Testing resources (matrixed) 3. Coordinating/managing workstream level and program level testing status updates 4. Working with workstream QA Lead to develop test plans and test cases that align with E2E testing strategy/approach 5. Definition of testing environment requirements and coordination of activities required to set-up the environments needed to support client-facing User Acceptance Testing 6. Identification of test automation opportunities; Providing direction to workstream level QA resources to maximizes the automated execution of test-cases and regression 7. Development of test data strategy to ensure best-in-class testing; Creation of robust test bed (utilizing with production data) to ensure workstream QA teams have the testing data required to test all scenarios/nuances that exist in production. 8. Ability to apply mastery knowledge of relational data base (DB2, Sybase, SQL, Teradata, Oracle 8i/9i/10g/11i) 9. Identification and coordination of the testing tasks that need to be completed as a prerequisite. 10. Proactive identification of risks; definition of risk mitigation plans
