Roles & Responsibilities
Absence Management Consultant will be responsible for re-configuring current TimeOff Plans that were implemented in 2015 including rebuilding of accruals, absence calculations and eligibility conditions. We are looking to simplify current configurations and follow best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Strong understanding of union rules and state labor laws and ability to translate them into absence eligibility
Recommend best practices related to Workday Absence functionality
Identify strategies, risks, and configuration options and recommend approaches to meet client/functional requirements
Ability to come onsite and work with team face to face (partially)
