Job Description :
Resource should possess 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Distribution (SD), Service Management(SM) & Customer Service(CS) Modules.
Resource should possess In-depth knowledge in Notifications, Service Orders, RMA, Repair Orders, Warranty and the Invoicing
Good knowledge in Contracts Management (Quantity/Value & Service)
Knowledge in Revenue Recognition Process
Expert knowledge in Master Data such as Equipment master, Warranty master, functional location etc.,
Knowledge in EDI/Interface processes

Conduct root cause analysis where needed and provide solution to resolve process issues
