Position's General Duties and Tasks:    Day to Day job Duties:        Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project budgets     Coordinate plans within internal project team, clients, and external vendors on conversion related tasks     Coordinate data conversion plans involving multiple disparate data sources and destinations, phased approaches, and multiple types of data     Manage project scope from inception to closure, driving towards the ideal of a zero defect delivery     Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks     Effectively manage and maintain communications on status and escalation     Comply with project governance metrics that provide internal visibility of a projects health     Manage deployment schedules     Define and articulate project risks and issues and facilitate closure     Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards     Promote teamwork and culture of accountability     Lead in the creation of a data conversion center of excellence     Develop and maintain roadmap for data conversion center of excellence     Lead in the creation of an integrated conversion playbook with detailed instructions for cycle execution, validation and reconciliation, mock conversions, and implementation for cutover     Assist sales in communicating strategy for conversions in the form of presentation materials and in-person presentations to clients       Basic Qualifications:     5+ years software project management experience, preferably on enterprise-level implementations     5+ years data conversion project management experience, preferably in Life and Annuity insurance product lines     Experience defining and documenting data conversion best practices preferred     Experience with data conversion analysis and data cleansing preferred     Experience creating or utilizing conversion data maps preferred     Experience working with data modeling tools preferred     Experience with data conversion validation and reconciliation methods, preferably for Life and Annuity insurance product lines     Experience working with commercial data conversion tools and/or vendors preferred    Preferred Skills:        Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information     Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner     Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels     Ability to act as a project lead and provide direction and guidance to other team members    Interested candidates can share profiles to  or can call to.
