Position: Technical Support Location: Massena, NY Contract Long Term Looking for someone that has solid experience with tech support (hardware, software, telecom, etc here will be a lot of training provided but they should have that proficiency to be able to understand and learn. Technical experience. Support process computing hardware and applications as needed. Provide technical assistance in the design, development and support of hardware functionality and layout. Responsible for hardware component optimization Assist and train electricians in the use of troubleshooting tools. HMIs, SCADA, process computers, PLCs and PCs. Progress OpenEdge 4GL/RDBMS programming. Application software, network infrastructure, telecomm, programmable devices and smart instrumentation is preferable.
