Job Title : Remedy ITSM
Location : Atlanta, GA
Duration : Contract
Must Skills:
Efficient in writing workflows for managing the business rules
Author high level design, detailed design and low-level design
Install and deploy ARsystem and ITSM packages on on-prem and cloud environments
Conduct unit/system testing and coordinate for UAT
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to automate processes Establish as Expert/SME on digital technologies
Excellent Customer Co-ordination and Communication
Job Description:
Experience in designing solutions using in industry standard BMC Remedy practices.
Experience in documenting solutions using custom and out of the box workflows.
Experience implementing and query RDBMS
Design and Develop Active links, filters, escalations for Trouble management, Change Management and CMDB
Develop Trouble management, Incident management, Change management, Create and Modify workflows for custom apps
Design and develop approval engine and assignment engine for ticketing systems
Develop Service level management for Ticketing and ITSM packages
Capture and create foundation data for Trouble management and ITSM packages
