Job Description:
Experienced 7 years with expertise in Java J2EE Spring Struts framework
Should have experience working in Jboss WAS servers
Should have handson experience
Should have experience in onshore offshore support model;
Experience with PC Insurance domain would be an additional bonusLiaise with SMEs on business requirements and provide enhancement support
Should have good communication skills and willing to interact with customers their users
Should be flexible to work on major/minor enhancements support activities and on call support if required
Should have very good analytical skills
Provide L3L2 support perform maintenance activities Should have experience working in ITIL framework and support activities
Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now Remedy would be an added advantage
Should be willing to work on Continuous improvement activities and implement value adds to enhance the project deliverables
