This is a FTE need for a Client Services Executive. Someone with Insurance Domain experience. This is not a technical role.

Service Line specialist - Client is looking for a service line specialist from AVM commercial line Excellent communication skills are mandatory. Previous working experience in the US for Insurance customers is needed. This position would be based out of Columbus OH. Experience in Customer relationship management with strong presentation skills are needed. Ability to prepare and review Contract constructs, Statement of work is needed. Prior working experience in interacting with multiple service line specialists SMEs, third parties is needed. Negotiation skills with the customer on scope rates cost and accountability are needed. Working experience in preparing reviewing customer profitability models and other cost revenue models is needed for this role. This role might need frequent travels to other cities , states where the same customer has business with Cognizant.
