Java Developer Weblogic Hibernate Java Spring and knowledge of SQL including MS SQL server experience Secondary Support Process Skills
o ITSM Tool Knowledge
o Change Control process
o SLA and other Metric Analysis Trend reporting o Problem Impact Analysis and Action Planning
o Knowledge management through KEDB etc o Incident Problem Management
