Number of position: Fulltime.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FUNCTIONS
Operational Support Provide Level 2 Level 3 support for iSeries custom ERP application Finance Administrative Retail point of sale Warehouse Supply Chain Enterprise
Leverage service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira to remediate incidents requests tasks and changes
Document and maintain iSeries AS400 standards and procedures including updating technical functional specifications and deployment migrations
iSeries AS400 application objects development integration and promotion path DLC Development Life Cycle
Emergency application downtime support and corrective actions on any escalated failure alerts
Solution Development and Architecture Design
Defining designing and developing solutions ranging from custom application development multiple solution orchestrations and advance solution support
Identifying approaches to meet business requirements
Needs confirming appropriate controls
