PeopleSoft Absence Management Consultant expertise to join our team in Plano, TX. Must have strong leadership skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Client Business Requirement:
Serve as PeopleSoft Absence Management applications support Consultant.
General Duties/Tasks:
Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the Account Team and Client
Manage a team of 10 resources located in the US, Mexico and India
Take personal responsibility for continual process improvement
Facilitate and participate in meetings when appropriate
Produce timely, high quality deliverables that exceed the expectations of the client
Required Skills:
Experience with multiple PeopleSoft Absence Management engagements
Extensive understanding and previous work experience as a PeopleSoft Absence Management consultant in multiple support projects
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and integrations
Minimum of 5 years current, hands-on PeopleSoft Absence Management experience
Excellent customer interaction skills

Excellent Documentation skills
Excellent self-starting/self-motivating skills
