Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Chaska, MN Job Type: 12+Months Contract / Full Time Job Description: Develop software using technologies such as C# and .NET (this could include UI, business logic or motion control components based on development goals and experience) Participate on an agile scrum team Participate in software code inspections where we collaborate to ensure designs and implementation meet our quality expectations Produce high quality documentation to support the maintenance and review of the software to clearly communicate the quality of the product Collaborate in the troubleshooting and determination of root cause of failures Work both independently and as a team member Stretches self to improve team's performance Participate in technical decisions affecting product modules and/or subsystems, including functional specifications and technical reviews Analyze and write requirements to support the design Practices continuous personal improvement Be relentless in making our process and product better. We plan time to solve our systemic problems and expect team members to help expose them and find creative solutions. Identifies opportunities for innovation in areas within department.
