Job Description:
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Jira Administrator.
Hands-on expertise with Jira Service Management (Service Desk) and Jira Software.
Proven experience in:
Creating and managing Jira boards and workflows
Configuring Jira roles, permissions, and schemes
Implementing field-level security (field configurations, screens, and permissions)
Experience supporting HR or internal recruitment workflows is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
