Core Responsibilities:
5+ years of working experience with JIRA management tools and GitPrime administration.
Good experience in Jira Align administration.
Address all the tickets regarding Jira and GitPrime
Administration of Jira.
Administration of GitPrime.
Managing and maintaining Jira Plugins like Structure, Portfolio, etc.
Experience on create/maintain/delete Custom fields, Projects, Issue Types, Users, etc.
Create and maintain of complex workflows.
Maintain Jira/GitPrime performance good.
Create/Manage all the schemas in Jira
Experience in create/manage/delete AgileCraft Project, Dashboard, Reports, Users.
Managing all the integrations with Jira.
Maintaining Jira scripting and backups.
Creating/Managing boards and reports.
VM technologies, Kubernetes, Azure.
Go, Python, SQL, Perl.
Linux/Unix environment.
Exposure to cloud technologies such as GCP and Azure is a plus
Good experience in scripting in Jira like Script Runner.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
