Hi, Position Information Security Analyst Location Herdon, VA Job Duties: Independently service requests to enable/disable different levels of user access or research and resolve Database access issues, e.g. Unable to access DB, system account password resets, role or group issues, permission failures, etc. Manage the OIM request and Service Now Task / Incident queues. Making sure all requests are assigned evenly across the team and tracked to make sure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with SLAs. Standard requests include creating user and system accounts, assigning roles or groups, deleting users or groups, unlocking accounts, etc. Investigate and resolve issues associated with failed automation tasks. Resolve issues and re-run task. Edit files and configure scripts to bulk load data or data changes e.g. new resource owners. Configure and execute various jobs and scripts on demand and on a regular cadence. Produce and review documentation for Standard Operating Procedures, Run Books, etc. Provide off hours and weekend on call support, on a rotational basis. Essential Skills: Self-starter with previous experience in coordinating, and keeping on top of, a challenging team work schedule. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to master SQL and data manipulation techniques in one or more of the following Database technologies: Oracle, Sybase, Lotus Notes. Previous experience working with one or more Database tools such as SQL Plus, TOAD, PL/SQL, ISQL, Lotus Notes SQL, Domino Admin Client, etc. Other Skills / Experience of interest: Distribution and management of RSA tokens. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting. Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty (SOD), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC Prior experience working with an Identity and Access Management tool preferably Oracle Identity Manager or SailPoint. Prior experience using CyberArk privileged access accounts. Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment used to working in compliance with policies, standards, and controls.
