PORTOLIO IS MANDATORY OPEN FOR ALL VISA Title : Sr. Visual Designer Location : Boston , MA Duration : 12 Months contract NON LOCALS ARE OK BUT NEED TO RELOCATE ONCE OFFICE OPENS UP Must haves: * 5+ years of experience in a Visual Design or related role * Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide * Expert understanding of graphics creation and manipulation optimized for palette, size, and speed of download * Experience with motion graphics * Portfolio that demonstrates excellence in innovation and composition. (Please include its link the resume) * Expertise in graphic design and digital production of electronic products throughout the entire product life cycle * Thorough knowledge of current design practices, tools, and standards * Mastery of the principals of design, color theory, typography, design accessibility and graphics file creation optimized for digital media *Ability to work with engineering teams and facilitate design implementation * Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX, and UI Design with a willingness to be mentored in UX Design
