JOB DESCRIPTION

The role requires interaction with IT and business partners, providing project management, business analysis, documentation and facilitation across IAM initiatives. Projects will involve improving process and technical controls around services, authentication, and technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:


Define clear and realistic plans, workload and budget estimations at detailed level for assigned projects.
Manage projects through their complete lifecycle, and interact appropriately with external & internal parties.
Lead teams and key work streams.

Monitor the planning, budget and staffing following adequate project management standards and methodologies.
Deliver the objectives of the projects according to the scope, time and budget constraints.
Implement and manage change requests to achieve projects outputs.
Proactively identify and assess issues and risks which might threaten the success of the projects, and propose mitigation actions.
Report progress and forecasts concerning time, budget and quality.
Consult with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and specifications for solutions and enhancements.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources; identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in current controls and/or processes.
Communicate project plans and routine updates on project status and issues/risks to the project team, stakeholders and management.
Document and maintain program related training and awareness materials and communications.
Facilitate discussions, conduct meetings and drive initiatives and issues to conclusion.
Elaborate, specify and document the business & functional requirements.
Responsible for functional requirement study and Gap Analysis.
Supporting delivery/engineering team of solutions through the SDLC/PDLC, communication across the internal stakeholders and business partners.
Provide regular reports using SQL Queries and/or using reporting tool such as BI Publisher.

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis with experience using a structured methodology. Prior consulting experience is a plus.
Proficient in all aspects of business requirements gathering and business solutions design.
In-depth knowledge of technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices, preferably in the Identity and Access Management discipline.
Experience with cloud services, including public (AWS), private, and hybrid cloud architectures.
Experience with authentication concepts and technologies, including SSO, Federation, MFA, & API Authentication.
Thorough understanding of technology infrastructure, in particular: UNIX/Linux/Windows servers, database management systems, networking devices, virtualization technologies, storage solutions, and security devices.
Experience with privileged identity management processes would be a plus.
Advanced analytical problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets and present in a format that facilitates senior management decision making.
Experience in successfully managing complex strategic projects through the project lifecycle (from conception through rollout and ongoing support), preferably in a financial industry or consulting firm. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong capability in interfacing with both technology and business areas.
Experience driving change in a complex organization, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience in operational processes and technology; preferably in a financial industry.
Strong communications skills and facilitation experience across all levels of leadership.
Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with application developers.
Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies.
Excellent MS Office and Visio skills.
Relevant certifications are a plus (PMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM,


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
