Job Description :

Title: A e Journey Orchestration Developer [BizID#6890]

Location: Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX

Experience: 10+ years

Design, build, and maintain customer journeys using A e Journey Orchestration or A e Journey Optimizer.
Define journey logic: entry points, exit points, decision points, triggers, and actions.
Integrate and manage data flows between AJO/AEP and external systems (CRM, ERP, analytics, other APIs/webhooks).
Build / maintain real-time customer profiles, identity resolution, and event ingestion to enable personalized journeys.
Use data modeling: work with datasets, schemas (XDM), data governance, segmentation.
Implement multichannel messaging: email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, web notifications etc.
Test and optimize journeys: A/B testing, analytics, performance monitoring, ensuring delivery accuracy.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, PII safety.
Troubleshoot issues, debug, resolve delivery / orchestration problems.
Collaborate across teams: marketing, analytics, data engineering, creative, product. Translate business requirements into technical / journey implementation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience (often 2+ years) with A e Journey Optimizer or A e Journey Orchestration.
Experience with A e Experience Platform (AEP): familiarity with data schemas, real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), identity resolution, data ingestion.
Knowledge of APIs / webhooks / JSON / REST; ability to integrate external systems.
Data modeling skills; understanding of Customer Data Models (XDM), segmentation, audience building.
Ability to configure multichannel campaign messaging (email, push, SMS, web).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, testing, optimization skills.
Good communication skills: able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills / Preferred

Deep familiarity with A e Campaign (especially Campaign v8) or other tools in A e Experience Cloud.
Experience in an agency / consulting environment.
A e certification(s) related to AJO / AEP.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) for templating / customizing content.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.

Experience / Seniority

Senior / Lead roles: more experience (5-10+ years), plus leadership/mentorship, architectural oversight
