Job Role : Business Analyst Job location: Des Moines IA Job Duration: 12 months Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Having good project knowledge including various upstream and downstream applications. Software's and Tool's used: Jenkins, ServiceNow, Jira, Bit bucket, Confluence, ETL Tool. Demonstrates strong understanding of ALIP and OPAS Understanding Annuity process Experience with techniques used in requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, and project planning and analysis activities. Good to have knowledge in Python Coordinating the work of other business system analysts as needed Provide support on weekends to answer any queries (need basis) Reporting and Documentation (custom reports) Must Have Strong Knowledge of ALIP & ALIP Data structure Good understanding and experience in SQL Good understanding of XML basics Good Knowledge of Annuity Products Experience in Python would be an added advantage OPAS Knowledge would be an added advantage Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and technical needs of Conversion Good understanding of ITIL processes.
