Job Title: Agile Coach

Location: Remote.

Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL are preferred locations

Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills:

  • Agile Coach experience
  • Experience rolling-out large scaled SAFE methodology, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall experience on IT Project.
  • Understanding of Agile values and principles
  • Ability to advise teams on Agile best practices
  • Ability to provide teaching, coaching and mentoring
  • Basic understanding of client’s business, and IT strategies and objectives
  • Ability to function in an open collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
  • Guide teams through Agile transformations and maturity assessments.
  • Partner with leadership to align Agile delivery with business goals and value streams.
  • Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and programs.
  • Promote continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and team empowerment.
