Vulnerability Management Orchestration Administrator
Mission Statement
Our Information Protection''s mission is to protect customer data from unauthorized access by preventing, detecting and responding to internal and external cyber security threats. The Vulnerability Management team contributes to that mission by heightening risk visibility.
Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Orchestration Administrator who will work as part of a vulnerability management and application security team to administer our orchestration tool, working with APIs, scanning tools and providing views, dashboards, reports and remediation workflows. The ideal candidate must be self-directed and a fast learner, flexible enough to work with new technologies and deliver high quality solutions in a timely manner. The candidate will enable stakeholders, governance organizations, and infrastructure and security teams to effectively manage technology risk and work closely with pen-testing teams in order to close security gaps.

Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related field)
5+ years of enterprise-level implementation or system development experience
1+ years of experience working with SQL database queries and report building software
Good communication and presentation skills in both a technical and executive setting
Capable of working with fluctuating requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritize work and follow through
Good writing skills with experience documenting processes, procedures, and root cause analysis
Experience applying roles-based access to systems and data
Experience with Java, JSON, HTML, CSV files, and parsing data
Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
Ability to interpret performance metrics and provide recommendations
Understanding of cybersecurity, including Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Security Risk Analytics, Privacy Management, Vendor Risk Management, IT Operations Management, Vulnerability Management, and Application Security
Understanding of network defense technologies, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, network security monitoring tools, secure engineering principles and technical security testing methodologies
Understanding of desktop, server, application, database, and network security hardening principles and practices for threat prevention.
Understanding of vulnerability scanning tools, i.e. whitehat, tenable, prisma, gardium.
Experience with technologies (such as Groovy, Grails); cloud development platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc, and querying data stores (SQL, NoSQL DB) is a plus
The Vulnerability Orchestration Advisor Responsibilities
Will operate and enhance the platform to meet business requirements for cybersecurity evaluation, reporting and remediation by performing the following:
Learn and understand the operational characteristics of the Platform
Learn and understand the data relationships that are used in our vulnerability management and application security mission
Maintain operational data, maintain ownership data, provide user assistance, and document standard operating procedures
Execute standard operating procedures related to the position
Use data querying skills to interpret data and create reports
Lead troubleshooting efforts to analyze data issues and recommend corrective actions
Communicate clearly, efficiently, and thoughtfully about issues, findings, and actions
Contribute to enterprise integration solutions, which may include elements of API, basic network routing, data integration, data mapping, automation and asset/application scanning
Work effectively with various internal organizations and with 3rd party service and technology providers
Maintain the configuration for incident ticketing, workflow, tracking and remediation
Participate in the enterprise software deployment and maintenance lifecycle, as both a thought leader and a leader in the user acceptance testing efforts
