Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our client's team in Memphis, TN. This role is fully onsite and involves providing day-to-day technical support for end users, managing workstation issues, and delivering smart hands support, especially in VMware environments. Experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support VMware environments, including deployment, upgrades, and performance monitoring.

Provide hands-on IT support for local users troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.

Deliver smart hands support for remote teams (e.g., cabling, device swaps, port checks).

Set up and maintain user workstations, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Respond to and resolve onsite service requests and incidents in a timely manner.

Work closely with remote infrastructure and application teams to resolve escalated issues.

Maintain IT compliance and update asset management records at the site.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting VMware technologies (e.g., vSphere, ESXi).

Proficient in Windows OS, workstation support, and basic network troubleshooting.

Experience working in a factory or warehouse IT support role is a strong plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
