Roles & Responsibilities :

Hands on and Experienced on Cisco Webex suite expert who comes in and reduces the complications around Cisco Webex - audio & video conferencing issues.
Help CPC users to use Webex for setting up video / audio meetings, assist remote / field users with meetings and assist external parties to join the ‘party’ call
Help conduct Webex telephonic and video conferences for executive and senior management and be their ‘dedicated go-to-support SME’
Train and Engage users across CPC for usage and adoption of Cisco Webex
Simplify the usage mechanisms for users to adopt Cisco Webex
Create user-friendly and concise user training material and cheat sheets for the users and conference rooms
