Required Function 1:

Leads development of the Enterprise Program Management Office Tableau dashboards, its reporting ecosystem, and oversees administration of all centralized portfolio and project reports. Manages the health of the data ecosystem and ensures accuracy of all information reported out of the ePMO. Contributes to the areas of Enterprise program and project forecasting, governance, reporting, analytics and overall PMO health evaluation. Identifies opportunities for changes and/or enhancements to existing Enterprise PMO or Portfolio related processes and reports to ensure that the project execution at CPS energy is as effective as possible. Develops and maintains critical operational and Executive-Level Tableau Dashboards and reports to support project and program management. Expertise in creating and developing advanced Tableau dashboards focused on the User Experience is a must. Develops and communicates recommendations, comments, and proposals to ePMO and Portfolio Management team members to continually support overall process improvement. Performs work independently and collaboratively with external vendors and other organizations as necessary.

Required Function 2:
Required Skills:Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Chemistry or other quantitative field from an accredited university. Strong Tableau Dashboard and User Experience development a must. Experience or education in statistics, reporting, process definition, and process improvement. Background in data analytics, data governance, report design, and telling a story with data. Demonstrated problem solver that is generally curious. Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal, written and communication skills. Must possess sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with time constraints and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Ability to effectively resolve conflicts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with other team members, contractors, consultants, industry experts, and with all levels of personnel within CPS Energy. Ability to develop and maintain relationships to achieve Business objectives. Ability to negotiate with and influence others. Ability to articulate complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to provide expertise and advice to management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling. Possess strong personal computer skills, (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc

Required Function 3:
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the electric utility industry. Experience with machine learning methods. Experience Tableau, reporting administration, and data governance. Experience with Excel macro programming techniques.

Required Function 4:
Additional Requirement:5 or more years experience in a Tableau reporting development, administration, and data governance role.

Required Function 5:
Please be aware that CPS Energy contractors may be required to drive to other CPS Energy locations using their personal vehicle during their assignment
