Job Description:
Experience with Service cloud, Financial Services Cloud and some exposure to Mulesoft
Certified at a Salesforce Developer and Developer II. Additional cloud specializations as a consultant for Sales/Service cloud, FSC accreditation is preferable
Hands on experience with DX and/or DevOps tools like Copado/AutRabbit or Flosum
Worked with Banks, Insurance or other financial institutions
Hands on experience with Salesforce process flows, APEX and Lightning Development
Very proficient with managed packages and configurations at Salesforce
Act as the senior technical lead taking some guidance from the architect but driving a team for development at USDA.
Guide a team of US based (potentially distributed in the US) team of development staff
Work with a partner who will also be involved with some development track as well as USDA managers and Salesforce''s professional services architect
Act as an advisor on solution approaches for specific areas of the LOS solution
Quickly come up to speed on FinLeads and Finconnect and then drive the usage of the these solutions as accelerators for the overall LOS solution
Define the Engineering pipeline for the project and set up the DevOps processes
