JDE Functional Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced JDE Functional Manager to lead and manage JD Edwards functional implementations and support activities. The role involves overseeing functional consultants, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of JDE projects aligned with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage JD Edwards functional teams across multiple modules.

  • Oversee JDE implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.

  • Work with business users to gather requirements and define functional specifications.

  • Provide solution design and best-practice recommendations.

  • Ensure integration between JDE and other enterprise systems.

  • Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and quality of deliverables.

  • Review and approve functional designs, test plans, and documentation.

  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Mentor and develop functional consultants.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional modules (Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, Distribution, etc.).

  • Proven experience leading JDE implementation and support projects.

  • Good understanding of JDE architecture and business processes.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • JD Edwards certification(s).

  • Experience with ERP transformation or cloud migration projects.

  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
