Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Evaluates user request for new or modified program, such as for financial or human resource management systems, clinical research trial results, statistical study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development.
Provide the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) number that your ITSAC Contractor will work on Nursing Facility Payment Methodology - CONVERSION TO PDPM.
This project is a simple and efficient path to a successful conversion from the current TX RUG34 case mix index tool to the new CMS supported PDPM case mix index tool.
Skills(Required):
- Experience in IT and the application development life cycle
- Experience in WebSphere Application Server (versions 8.5 & greater) development
- Experience in Java, JSP and JSF programming development
- Experience programming Web services
- Experience in using Rational Application Developer 9.5 or greater
- System design experience (Batch and Online)
- Experience programming batch processes
- Experience in Oracle programming development
- Experience in Hibernate programming development
- Experience in Unix and Perl programming development
- Experience with GUI (Desktop and Web)
