Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
HHSC source systems, LTC Provider and HHSC SAS, to create the custom MCO files and make available to the in-scope MCOs via the new MCO Hub.

Architecture Design and Development of Web Based Applications using Java/J2EE
- Architecture Design and Development on IBM Platform using RAD and Websphere
- Architecture Design and Development of Batch Processes using Java on RAD
- Performance Tuning of Batch Processes
- Direct and oversee the project team to ensure that the design standards are followed in the project.
