Job summary:

· Incident management and Problem management for billing application and its related interfaces and batch jobs

· Triage various production-related real time alerts and involve appropriate teams in case of Production Outage and resolve the issue

· Work on Minor/Major enhancements and development activities apart from the below Production support scope of work

· Communicate out to business users and executive leadership team on Production issues in clear business terms

· Responsible for owning the RCA for internal production incidents and presenting to the leadership team

· Identification analysis and resolution of systemic issues related to the application

· Work on Automated jobs and scripts for recurring issues

· Good knowledge of Unix and SQL for creating SQL quires on demand

· Handle post-deployment production support and bug fixes for critical and high severity production defects
