Job Description :

Experience in L2|L3 support and enhancement on applications based on Java
Knowledge on Servicenow -CMDB
Knowledge of ITSM processes e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management,
Able to provide best practice for Support processes
Able to take transition from incumbent vendor
Able to document technical architecture and Integration
Able to coordinate with different IT groups to resolve L2|L3 issues
Knowledge on Java Tech stack
Able to plan different Maintenance-Adaptive, Perrfective, Corrective & Preventive
Able to drive solution on System Restoration calls and co-ordinate with different teams
Awareness of cloud concepts
Knowledge on different Integration patterns
Knowledge on Monitoring tools e.g., New Relic, WhatsUPGold and understand how monitoring tools fit in IT landscape
Ability to identify Automation opportunities and implement
Experience working in Onsite|Offshore model
Can lead offshore team for the required deliverables
