· Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems
· 9+ years of experience building high volume data-driven systems
· Expert-level knowledge of Java development
· Many "been there, done that" stories related to shipping and maintaining major software products for customers
· Excellent coding skills in object-oriented and scripting languages (Java, Python, Go)
· Professional experience with AWS, Kafka, Storm, Elasticsearch, Flink
· A breadth of technical skills and know how to use the right tool for the job
· Strong motivation and ability to learn new technologies and domains
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills
