Position Title: JAVA Developer
Location: Springfield, IL

Candidate(s) must be able to do the following:
Complex software application analysis, design, development, programming, testing and maintenance.
Troubleshooting and diagnosis of defects and system issues, including the ability to perform the technical functions necessary to correct these defects or issues.
Requirements for the JAVA Developer are as follows:
A. Three (3) or more years experience working in a public or private sector.
B. Demonstrated development skills in JAVA based applications.
C. Strong working knowledge of WEBSPHERE and WEBLOGIC.
D. Strong working knowledge of Message Broker.
E. Strong working knowledge of IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD
F. Working knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports and Oracle Enterprise Manager, along with SQL Navigator and PL/SQL.
G. Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Iterative SDLCs.
H. Ability to apply creative thinking for solving problems.
